Pastime Pilsner

Scarlet Fire
This ruby-red brew brings the best of both worlds, malty caramel vibes up front with a burst of citrusy, piney hops to finish. Smooth, bold, and just the right amount of hobby bite.
Waynestock
A very approachable American Pale Ale, this beer is light in color but full in flavor.
Wicked White
For fans of Belgian-style Witbier, Wicked White is a must-try. Brewed with orange peel and coriander, it's a light, refreshing beer with a crisp, citrusy twist.
Mischief Night
An imperial pumpkin ale brewed with fresh pumpkins from the brewer's garden, pumpkin pie spices, and a touch of molasses. A mild spice profile and earthy squash notes combine to create a perfect fall and winter brew.
Not Hot
HiJinx collaborated with Lehigh Valley Homebrew club member, Mike Beidler, to brew his award-winning Jalapeño Cream Ale, "Not Hot". This is an American Style Cream ale brewed with tequila-soaked Jalapeños.
O-Fest
A rich amber Oktoberfest-style lager with a balance malty sweetness and a ready, biscuit-like aroma–perfect for the cold weather season.
Space Trip IPA
For fans of New England IPAs, Space Trip delivers all the fruity hop character and creamy mouthfeel you crave, true to style and ready for blastoff.
Smoked, Two Joints
HiJinx, in collaboration with Rising River Brewing, created this smoked brown ale that combines Beechwood and Mesquite malts for a rich, campfire-inspired flavor. A smooth American brown ale with a smoky, earthy finish.
Pub Crawl
A light English Style pub Ale, Pub Crawl is easy drinking and approachable. It's mild bitterness and light maltiness make for a satisfying and quaffable beer.
Sour Cherry
A nod to the Flemish masters of sour brewing. Montmorency cherries lend vivid color and bracing tartness to this complex sour ale, balancing fruit, acid, and subtle earthy depth.
INTERROBANG
Imperial Stout aged in a Triple Sun PA Straight Bourbon Barrel. At 11.11% ABV, this deliciously dark beer has all the woody and bourbon qualities you're looking for on a chilly evening.
